F4L is a label and brand management company specialising in the dance music industry.

F4L was established in 2003 by Alistair Albrecht and Cara Nazaruk as a London clubbing brand, running events at such icon London clubs as the Ministry of Sound, Turnmills, The Cross, The Egg, and Pacha. With the clubbing brand "Funky4love" F4L went global, holding residencies on four continents simultaneously, including three different Pacha venues.

In 2009 F4L added artist management too it's skills list, with a decision in 2011 to specialise specifically in record label management, to accomodate the growing group of artist led labels.
